Return Policy

We offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items in original, unused condition with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

• Final sale items (marked as such)

• Gift cards

• Used, damaged, or altered items

Return Process

1. Email returns@favoredpalace.com with your order number and reason for return

2. We'll provide a return authorization and shipping address

3. Ship items back within 14 days of authorization

4. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5-10 business days

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged/incorrect item at favoredpalace@gmail.com. We'll arrange a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label if needed.

Exchanges

We recommend returning for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item to ensure availability.
